Then email Gladstones, complain about this latest threatogram and say you have read their disciplinary record and WILL report them to the SRA within seven days, if they fail to apologise and confirm that they have informed the court that the amount relating to claim xxxxxx was paid in full, only a week after the hearing. 

They've said the letter "crossed with my payment" (even though I paid 2 weeks before their letter was written), and they've let the court know it has been paid, so disregard the letter.

I'm kind of reluctant to take their word for it. Is there anyway I can confirm it with the court?
