I have made the changes to para 16. Also good to know about printing, hopefully I can have it completed tomorrow evening and print off + deliver on Thurs.

I am struggling to find the Fairlie v Fenton transcript, can't see it in recent example WS or from searching the forum, could you point me in the right direction please?

Para 6  -  (typo)  -  "I walked (though) the nearest gate, through the nature area for approximately an hour

    Two paras the same:-

"26. This Claimant has not incurred any additional costs (not even for reminder letters) because the full parking charge itself more than covers what the Supreme Court in Beavis called a 'letter chain' business model that generates a healthy profit.

    27. This Claimant has not incurred any additional costs (not even for reminder letters) because the full parking charge itself more than covers what the Supreme Court in Beavis called a 'letter chain' business model that generates a healthy profit."

I am rapidly running out of time as the deadline is Friday but hopefully this is almost done. As always, thank you all for the help.

    v4 is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/52v9l1uliljfvmv/Claim v4.pdf?dl=0

At 41 pages, I am assuming it will be ok to email?

Yes 41 pages should be fine.

Yours is now such a good example of a WS bundle that I might start referring new posters to it!

The downside to that is you'll get alerts galore...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I got there in the end  :) Feel free to link to it, I don't mind alerts if it helps other people, it's the least I can do.

One final thing I noticed is in my paragraph below:

    1.        This particular Claimant's legal team routinely continues to pursue a sum on top of each PCN, despite indisputably knowing that these are banned costs in the incoming statutory Code of Practice. The claim is exaggerated by inclusion of a false, wholly disproportionate and unincurred 'damages' enhancement of £55 upon which the Claimant seems to have also added interest at 8% calculated from the date of parking. Clearly an abuse of the court process.

It doesn't actually use the word damages in the claim form but calls them "contractual costs", should I replace "damages" with that?

Yes change that and also change it to say these are due to be banned costs.

    All changed, thanks.

Ready to email it now... this is going to my local court where the hearing is right?  I.e. not CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk this time?
