No. This is one of the big issues. As pa's as you go you cannot create an account. As pay as you go you cannot do WhatsApp chat or webchat. You can only call and they hang up mid conversation 🤯 6 calls hung upariarnia said:have you gone to their website to look at your account? all of your bills should be there but you might need to register if you haven't already.0

have you tried twitter? i have found direct messages to be very useful when wanting to talk to a company about a problem. their customer service normally gets back to me same day.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott

That’s old style prepayment not PAYG. PAYG is a smart meter where you top up online. If you have an E7 prepayment meter it needs to be changed to go onto standard rate but I’m sure you know that already. You will not get a standard prepayment meter, it will be a smart PAYGRetromental said:

Smart meter, or non-smart meter, if you have to top up before you can use energy, you are PAYG or prepayment. Prepayment and PAYG are the same thing.

That does not change the fact that irrelevant on how you top up, if you have to top up before you can use energy, then you are prepaying and on PAYG.

EdF, to name one, use prepayment to mean key and coin meters, and PAYG to mean smart meter topped up before use.
If you choose to use the words differently, feel free, but don't confuse others with your pedantry.0
