If they had a warrant then it looks like they have followed the correct procedure and you acted far too late.

With today's announcement regarding business support you may find it very difficult to find a supplier who will take you on as it will not be profitable for them.
What is the logic behind business electricity suppliers not making money with the new announcement?

OP, if you do manage to find an alternative supplier then you do realise that you will have to pay for reconnection as well as the ongoing charges?

And of course you will need to pay your landlord  for the reconnection cost even if you vacate the premises.

That seems to be different depending on the supplier. Who is you supplier and what did they charge you for the disconnection?

What was done to achieve the disconnection?

I think they will add the disconnection, bailiff's, court costs to what you owe -  that will rapidly ramp up.  Please don't think you only need to pay what you originally owed.

Is your business now closed ?

Somewhere along the line you are going to have to pay a re-connection charge.

You will be entering a new contract with all that that involves for a small business -  no cooling off period  and a probable commitment to use xxxxxx kWh in the year.

As above your old supplier will pursue their debt through the courts.
Is your business actually viable ? You will have been shut for over a month -  you will have lost customers but still have your overheads of the lease, wages
