New Lloyds Bank £150 Switch Offer - September 2022

I've just been on the phone to them to ask why I never got my £150. I said I upgraded from a Classic account to a Club Lloyds account, but they said that was just an upgrade not a switch and I still need to switch from another bank account to get the £150
It didn't make that clear on the website and the offer has finished now so I upgraded for nothing really. Not very happy as there's not many switching offers on now
Errrr...come back later

Yes, as above Switch offers usually require a CASS. A change of account type at a bank won't satisfy this. The good news is that Lloyds run these offers fairly regularly and based on previous T&Cs you won't be ruled out in future either.0 -

No switches since April 2020. Apparently I switched in November 2020.
Totally don't remember doing that. Going to start keeping record of switches from now on.
Do you check your credit history with any of the CRAs?
Go to the closed accounts section and it will tell you of any accounts you have closed in the last 6 years, including when you opened the account.
It's also useful to keep that page open if you are doing any of the ID checks that ask stupid questions such as, which bank did you open a current account with in March 2020?0
