You have attached para 4 from the template defence to your para 4. It is best split off as a separate para and subsequent paragraphs renumbered. Not that we need to see or check it but are you adding the rest of the template as you have only added para 4 and 5?
You need to be sending a SAR to the PPC so you can fill in some of the gaps for a future WS1 -

But shouldn't the SAR be issued at LBCC stage? I didn't get correspondence and didn't issue a SAR but they've filed a county court claim now0

Just two days ago I wrote on your thread......you have until 4pm on Monday 17th October 2022 to file your Defence.That's still over three weeks away.
