I asked a similar question yesterday about EON, on my account they are suggesting my rates from October will be £160 a month but this is based on the previous Ofgem october rates not the newly announced rates.
My new bill should be around £110 a month but yours still seems to be excessively high if that were solely the case.Make £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
Make £2024 in 2024...0 -

They only asked for the £395 today so that's the difference between the almost identical threads

In the last thread they were asking for £410.
What have you done with Eon to sort the problem out?

it's not really a problem, I'm just trying to understand the question I've raised on this thread today
