Advice needed for a cracked wall.

Just to add that all the windows were replaced about 2 years ago and the beam was installed over 5 years ago.

Looks like a cavity wall between the bedrooms over the kitchen, which is an internal wall. Agents floor plans are not always 100% accurate though.0

Upon closer look I have also noticed cracks on the other side of the (the wall opposite the upper floor cracks on the 1st floor).
It is quite some movement but I wonder whether this could be from the replacing of the windows or something else like subsidence.
I have contacted local SE and awaiting a reply.

It will be interesting to hear what the SE comes up with. Normally, jettying is done with a timber frame, so it's possible that with a timber bay it was just about stable enough.0
