I've now received my DQ by post and not email. I'll have to download a copy and email it back to them as I'm not posting stuff. I've got til the 17th to fill it in
Exactly as explained in the 12-step procedure in the defence template.
  • Thank you all so much. Just emailed my n180 to the court. It also says about emailing the claimant with it? Do I just reply to their email of their DQ with mine? They didn't leave an email address on the n180 form.

You email it to Gladstones. Do you have their email address?  If not here are some that we are aware of, send to all three and bcc back to yourself to prove they have received it.  The thread is a little old, but you'll soon know if any/all work.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Depending upon you system, you will have a To box where you put the recipient's e-mail address; you will also have a copy (cc box - standing for carbon copy, even though no carbon paper is used) where you put anyone you want to copy and this can be seen by the main recipient.  If you want to send a copy to anybody else, including yourself but you don't want the main recipient to know, you use bcc which stands for blind carbon copy.  Sometimes there is a separate box for this and sometime as soon as you start typing in the cc box, it offers you the option of cc or bcc.

Thank you! Does anyone know any other emails for them? The three in the thread posted all failed to send. So I'm yet to send them my directions questionnaire

Here's one I found with a simple Google search. It may not be the very best for submitting a WS, but by using it, at worst, you have proof that your WS has been copied to Gs via email.

Gs seem to use the protocol first name@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk. So, if you have any Gs people who have their name on letters addressed to you, try their first name plus the extension.

A more detailed Google search by you might turn up something better.

The details of our Compliance Manager are as follows:

    NameLeanne Hayward
    Emailleanne@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
    Telephone01565 755 088
    PostGladstones Solicitors
    Unit B, 1st Floor, 210 Cygnet Court
