    I'm going to report it to the police tomorrow and ring my insurers too. As said above, I don't know where the neighbour lives in which flat, so not too sure what to do there. Also means I need to get my car fixed, another £200 at least.
  • I suspect you may lose your licence and sadly for you the world will be a much safer place.
