Lebara: no SIM card received after 8 days?

Hi all, Took the 1p per month deal about 9 days ago. Received order confirmation email, and then dispatch email for the SIM card 8 days ago: "Great news. Your Lebara SIM is on the way! It should be with you within the next 2 days via Royal Mail." Still not received the SIM card. I am assuming Royal Mail lost it during…

I was just putting lots of zeros, since I didn't know the phone number indeed.
