Very basic help wanted - does PAYG internet exist?

Are there phones that really provide PAYG internet? No contract. No pay £10 in advance which will be lost if not used within a month. A PAYG phone lets me put on credit - say £30 - and then I use that up with texts and phone calls. But there is no restriction as to how quickly I have to use it up. I think I have to make…

Any smartphone will work. RWG uses EE. In fact any phone which gets 4g or 5g, i think 3g is being switched off soon on EE,not sure though
