Very basic help wanted - does PAYG internet exist?

Are there phones that really provide PAYG internet? No contract. No pay £10 in advance which will be lost if not used within a month.
A PAYG phone lets me put on credit - say £30 - and then I use that up with texts and phone calls. But there is no restriction as to how quickly I have to use it up. I think I have to make one phone call every 6 months or lose it. That's it.
Does PAYG internet exist?
Thanks for any help.

Forgot to add, PAYG data rates get very expensive for anything other than occasional usage.0

How much data will you be using?
1p mobile is the cheapest for calls texts and data payg at er 1p. But you need to top up £10 every 120 days.
But for light usage rwg will give 750mb free each month on one top up of £15. Go over your limit and it is 1p per mb 5p per min or text.0 -

Thanks for the thought. Does RWG provide PAYG internet? No contract. No pay in advance which will be lost if not used within a certain period?

So that costs £40. Then I buy a phone. And then I pay for credit which lasts 2 years. Have I got that right? Thanks.

Spending a few minutes on an app. A few times in a day and then maybe not again for a week or two or three. Is that a lot or not?
