I recently had a lot of trouble with Travel & Leisure group UK and asked for my money back.  I advertised a property for 2 weeks and they had made many mistakes (due to poor internal communication).  I paid £120 and they agreed to refund the whole lot via voicemail and on the phone.  They deducted "a small administration fee" for themselves without my authorisation of £50.  (They had sent an email 2 days prior to the voicemail that had been sitting in my junk folder saying they would do this but it was superceded by the voicemail) They refuse to return it even though I have the evidence to say they have agreed to refund it all .  Looking at Truspilot reviews they are known for this kind of thing
