Morning all, so far today.
Picked a tub of raspberries.
Picked a big box of tomatoes and put on the table by the gate, to sell.
Watered half the polytunnel.
Leader DW.
Sewn a new buckle onto OH's strap thing for holding the strimmer, and replaced the sewing machine needle!
Picked some apples for the fruit bowl, more yet to come.
Picked four big, about one kilo size, tubs of blackberries.
Drink coffee and eaten biscuits.
Still need to, full in a form, phone the dentist, make tea, and check the list in post one to see what I should be doing.
Hugs to all, Mumtoomany.xxx

I am grateful for the thread for keeping me on track, however I couldn't stop laughing at the 'Wipe dining table and replace cloth if needed'. WIPE the dining table? I can't even see the top of the dining table, you could't fit another piece of paper or a pencil on there it is sooo overcrowded

ASB.. if you don't want to do something.. say no.. it is ok to say no. Others ask more of those who say yes and put themselves in situations which make them unhappy than they do those who say no (like me!) I think the only person I now say yes to is my mother..
Bug.. I don't have a clear flat surface in my house! and a plastic table cloth is an absolute must.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)6 -

Bags unpacked8 -
Yes please Kaz! You have my address, can I send you postage money please?
Thanks Piggers. Lesson learnt and a reminder to myself - it's okay to say no! I think I need your number please so I can put you on automatic text when I am in a similar position again and wobbling about saying no!
Pizza and salad scoffed for dinner. WUDUPA. Another washload on, which will go on the line overnight8 -
Dragged myself to the lake by 9am and was rewarded by a sight of the kingfisher flying past me. Another 1.1km out of the way.
Dropped off little flower arrangement and a book to swimming buddy who is recovering from an operation.
WUDUPA.
Minor wiping of kitchen surfaces.
Pottered a bit in the greenhouse and garden. So many things coming up which I assumed had turned to dust in the heat - nasturtiums I'd sown ages ago which hadn't sprouted; new squashes, new flowers on the runner bean plant. In view of that and we had a bit more rain last night and a splash this afternoon, I sowed more carrots, spring cabbage and even beetroot - well you never know.
Filled bird feeder.
Picked a beetroot, some chard and a couple of apples for dinner. Blackberries are good here too, we still had some in the fridge from Saturday so they went in with the apples.
Did a bit more of the tricky report.
Cancelled milk delivery from Thursday.
Oops phone just went.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.7 -
ASB.. it is really hard to change how your mind works and the mouth can be very naughty and say yes before your brain has chance to stop it. Before answering anything at all I count to 5.. or 10... so my brain and mouth can have a quick discussion. Maybe start with 'I'd love to but I don't have the time/have other plans/wouldn't want to let you down because my life took over' .. all very good reasons I have used myself. I have the conversations in my head and find it easier to recite what I have practised. I also started out telling people my life was really busy and I don't want to take on more but I struggle saying no to people I care about so please don't make me uncomfortable and force me to say yes to things I don't have time for. You can have me on speed dial but I am much less polite in person (so I am told) and would definitly get the point across lol.. (((hugs))) I have every faith in you!
Could you call tem back and say you've looked at your schedule and you are pretty certain you cannot spare the time but thank you for the opportunity?
