Raisin not recognising my postcode

Trying to register with Raisin for the 3.5% account in the newsletter but when I enter my postcode to lookup my address get the message "Postal code not found" If I try to enter my address get the message "Please use the Address Lookup function to provide your address details" Anyone else had this problem or any ideas how…

On the last full day before the 9am deadline got the sort code and account number to pay in for the account. Confirmation account opened received today.
