Wizz Air compensation payment delay

I submitted a claim for compensation on the 19th June following a cancelled flight on the 11th June.

They responded on the 17th July asking for bank details, confirming they would like to offer compensation.

I responded the same day with the requested bank details, and their email said to expect payment within 14-20 working days.

And here we are, more than a month on, and silence.

Has anyone else received payment from Wizz Air, and how long did it take?  I have no way to communicate with them (not phoning the premium rate phone number).

Equally, the claim for hotel costs for the overnight stay still hasn't been responded to 73 days on.

Do I have any rights under any form of timeframe they have to conclude this within?
