Right, it's been 11 days since the I won the case and Excel still haven't paid up.

How long before I can instruct DCBL? 👀
I would email the claimant and remind them as per the order from the court

So, since 3 March (hearing date) I have sent three emails to Excel, including providing them with a copy of the Order.  The deadline for payment was 24 March.  I've had no response at all. I've chased it up by telephone today and they have passed a message to their litigation team.

If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I guess I'll have to pursue the debt formally.  Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Don't suppose you have a copy of the judgment for this that I can use in my WS? I've got an up coming court thing for Siddals Road PCNs, with the same-ish Excel issue. Would be really good to have it so I can highlight the problem of Excel failing to comply with the Directions given, in that they were required to provide a copy of the agreement with the landowner (Excel have simply provided a leaseholder witness statement)

Standard small claims court judgments do not go into any detail. Transcripts can be available to the parties involved, but they are charged for ... and you're looking at a 3-figure cost. As county court judgments are not persuasive (or binding) on other cases, having a transcript is rather an expensive luxury that hardly anyone purchases.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
