    Hes just an average District judge. No better no worse then others. Ive seen a fair few lol.

    Nice win! Well done on getting loss of earnings paid by Excel!  They wasted both yours and the courts time so only fair really.  What a total abuse of process by them!  I had a DDJ Davies in my case I won last year in Luton over video link, I wonder if it was the same guy.  I bet that pint was amazing!
