Thanks everyone, has given me a lot of starting points for conversations, and a few ideas to put to him little by little, am definitely going to invest in one of those plugs to put in his room so he can see what he is personally using each day (will get that before he moves back). I think it will be small targets over a period of months but hopefully we'll get there in the end.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
