Are you aware that 3+% is available elsewhere for 1 year FRBs? Or is the 'green' element attracting your interest?

You can get 3.45% now on a 3 year, and I would think that's only going to go up over the next 6 months.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Is the interest paid annually, or just a lump sum in the same tax year at the end?

The NS&I website is a great resource for these sorts of questions0

..I would not "fix" at the mo. as rates seem to be going up daily...

all 3 year's interest is paid (and taxable) in year 3
so kind of them ...4 -
Wow, if I had any index linked savings certificates, I'd definitely be cashing them in to buy some of these.

Your average member of the public will be happier with their money at 3% in NS& I, than with some small bank they have never heard of.1
