Had a CIFAS report back from them and it outlines

Misuse of facility - HSBC added 17/05/2021

Not done no misuse of facility at all!
hsbc says that they’re looking into it.

but I have not done no refund fraud so I don’t know what rights they have to put that over my name 1 year ago!!!
If the first post was an unedited copy/paste of your CIFAS data, where does the reference to refund fraud come from?
I’ll post what it says but I’ll cover personal info
  • See it says refund fraud Misuse of facility

The dates don't align with what you'd originally posted (May 2021), but it's not clear to me why a marker registered in February 2021 would suddenly start impacting your accounts 18 months later.  Anyway, that registered date should lead you towards activity on your HSBC account immediately prior to that - were there any refunds of anything showing on your statements around then?  Anything out of the ordinary, dealing with new companies or individuals, unusual transactions, chargebacks, claims, complaints, etc?

If it's agreed that it was incorrectly applied then yes, it should be reversed.  What was the story with the chargeback, i.e. on what grounds were you charging a transaction back?

Non recieved goods. And the grounds of late delivery

Those sound like two different reasons - were the goods delivered late or not at all?  The fact that you resorted to chargeback would presumably suggest that the vendor disagreed, so there were presumably at least two sides to the story (vendor, customer, perhaps courier), even if you got your money back?

They was not delivered at all.. the vendor must of disagreed and said something to HSBC for them to block my account for 3 weeks then unblock it and then review it again for 2-3 months then close it and add me onto the CIFAS database …

i can prove that I was not doing refund fraud at all.

and I think this is the reason why all my accounts are now playing up.
