When you've gathered your thoughts, perhaps you can give us some details of the hearing - which court, who did the PPC field to represent them, what did they have to say, what did the Judge have to say, did you have to speak, on what basis did the Judge find in your favour?  This information really does help us to understand the courts' and Judges' thinking which in due course helps other motorists who inevitably fall foul of litigation-rampant PPCs.

i think it means who did the private parking company field(send) to represent them.

Firstly, I wanted to thank you guys for helping me to have a happy ending and for your invaluable contributions. It is much appreciated. And I am grateful for your help. Without you I wouldn't be able to have the case dismissed.

The hearing was in the Taunton Court in Somerset under the control of DDJ Offen. The PPC was represented by a dirty blond, short hair gentlemen. I didn't catch the name unfortunately. But he seems to be a lawyer as he knew his stuffs.

When the hearing started, the judge didn't seem to have seen and read my witness statement at all. He told me I didn't fill the WS. And I responded that I did and the PPC rep confirmed they received my WS. I proposed to give him the copy I had. He took it and spent a few minutes reading it while we were waiting outside.

When we came back he directly set his sight on the ambiguity about the signs with two different entities' logo which are Minster Baywatch Ltd and Bransby Wilson Parking Solution Limited - BWPSL (formally Bransby Wilson Limited).

The lawyer explained that the two companies are associates, one is the manager of the site while the other the enforcer. But the judge said this doesn't mean anything to him whatsoever. The lawyer spent about 30 minutes arguing with the judge and he was getting annoyed.

I also spoke and told him my version of facts including the ambiguities between the two companies.
But I guess, as everyone knows, these two companies belong to the same shareholders as seen in the screenshot below. 

At one point I pointed to the judge the fact that there was a third entity which is Mecca Bingo Ltd but this complicated the matter for me as the WS explained clearly the relationship between Minster Baywatch and Bransby Wilson.
BWPSL entered into an agreement with Mecca Bingo Limited to implement a parking management scheme at the site. How odd is this? Now we've got three management companies for the same site.  

The lawyer was probably thinking "this fool gave me the key I needed to nail this case" as he jumped into the discussion to explain his point, thanking me to have pointed the judge to this page.

I was thinking, "You might have lost the case after all. While everything seemed to go according to plan at the beginning, you had to open your big mouth and start speaking too much."

We then moved on to the questions time, where the lawyer asked me about a dozen questions. It was my turn to get annoyed by this well dressed lawyer.
Can you confirm this, can you confirm that, can you conclude this, can you conclude that and finally can you conclude that a reasonable driver would have seen the signs at the single car park entry etc.. He also wanted to nail me down on the fact that I had help from online forums and I might have not understood the complexity of references to the Civil Procedure Rules and established case law. Which was obvious as I am not a lawyer and I don't spend my days studying case law. But he was pleased with himself to have me on the facts while the judge had stated and concluded this matter since the beginning.

When he finished the judge asked him if he had any submission? Which I didn't understood what this was all about at first.

He then asked me the same question. When I started he said if you are going to repeat what is in your WS then you don't need to. We then left the room for him to take a decision.

In summary when we came back, the judge said it is a fact that the defendant didn't pay what he/she supposed to pay, for whatever reasons. But it is not clear which entity the defendant is supposed to contract with in the first place.

For these reasons the judge dismissed the case with no cost to be paid for either of the parties.

The lawyer tried to push for an appeal but the judge said he would have none of it. He said there is no way this will go further either as per his judgement. So the judge denied his request.

Thank you @Yanness for that great court report 👏. MB really do have a problem in entering a contract with a motorist when the contract (the signage on site) is in the name of Bransby Wilson. A point for any motorist to utilise in any future court claim from MB.
