    Hello everyone,

I got new information about the case.

I have received a letter from Gladstones telling me the Claimant has elected to mediate Here is the full letter.

    Quote:

    23rd September 2022

    Dear Mr John Doe Defendant,

    Minster Baywatch Ltd vs Defendant
    Claim #: xxx

We act for the claimant and have notified the Court of the Claimant's intention to proceed with the Claim.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant's completed Directions Questionnaire, which has also been filed with the Court.

You will notice the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. Should you agree to mediate, please inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.

    Yours sincerely
    Gladstones Solicitors.

    End of quote.

And then there is a prefilled form for mediation.
What is this? What do they really want at this stage? What is the next step?

You seem to have abandoned that checklist you were following when you filed your Defence.

Item 7 on that checklist is...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list are well worth another read.

    Hi guys,

I finally got some pictures of the parking site Lakeside Car Park, GL7 5LU.

When entering the car park, there is no sign just at the entrance telling you it is a paid site. When you enter, automatically you have to pay. There is no grace period. So it looks like a trap. If you are just entering the site to turn around and go and you spent 1 minute there you still have to pay.

And a picture says the site is managed by Bransby Wilson and then again another picture says managed by Minster Baywatch.
One point of defence is, who is the driver supposed to be in contract with? This is very confusing.

Different car park but similar situation:

See the points made there, about Bransby Wilson and the confusion over who is offering the parking contract. You'll need to use that argument for your WS stage.

    Afternoon guys,

I have received a letter from the Court titled "Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing). I guess I've got my hearing date now which will be on June 26th.

But it is strange that the WS deadline is on February 7th. It's so early. Is that weird?

    Cheers

WOW 6 months away. Either the courts are really busy or they are putting scammers on the back burner.  GLADSTONES has bad history in the courts

Gladstones the inventor of the great IPC/IAS scam. A once respected family solicitor who entered the dark world of money scammers... sad bunch ?

You have time to put together a defence that will get the judge to bring out his spanking stick. and Gladstomes already knows the pain that will cause.

You might get some ideas here .... GLADSTONES SOLICITORS = 98% BAD

Used to work for this clown notorious for firing people for no reason. Their HR manager is a grumpy old woman that enjoys sacking people.

Yes,the operative word really is CLOWNS

Adapt the WS by @aphex007 but adding in a section copied from a Bransby Wilson case found on here.
