That doesn't surprise me - Nationwide have been shocking with their timelines, took 10 weeks for our offer to come through. @Sophie4120 I've been told there's no delay in sending the offer out .
A broker I spoke to said if you get your offer in the morning the solicitors are able to access it in the afternoon on the lender exchange. If issued in the afternoon they will have a copy next day.
Hard copies are also sent to both in the post.0
