How long for Solicitor to receive mortgage offer?

    @housebuyer143 We aren't at the start this is 4 months down the line having waited 9 weeks for the buyers mortgage offer.  All enquiries are complete and we're ready to exchange
    Ah okay, I see the urgency now!  
    Fingers crossed it isn't much longer.. Honestly though I do doubt that they are lying to you though 👍

    That doesn't surprise me - Nationwide have been shocking with their timelines, took 10 weeks for our offer to come through. And yes, we ended up being the ones holding it all up!
  • @Sophie4120 I've been told there's no delay in sending the offer out .
    A broker I spoke to said if you get your offer in the morning the solicitors are able to access it in the afternoon on the lender exchange.  If issued in the afternoon they will have a copy next day.

    Hard copies are also sent to both in the post.
