How long for Solicitor to receive mortgage offer?

Was wondering if you could share your experiences.
How long did it take after you received confirmation that your mortgage had been approved for your solicitor to receive a copy of the mortgage offer?
We were notified our buyers mortgage was approved a couple of days ago but still waiting for the solicitor to receive a copy.
The solicitors are on the panel for this lender and the lender uses the lenders exchange so it should be a straight forward download.

Normally the papers are issued simultaneously to the borrower and solicitor.1

Thanks @user1977 I thought it simultaneously issued / instant.
Starting to get seriously concerned now.
Surely a buyer wouldn't lie about something like this.0 -
Actually they are not always simultaneously issued - you get your copy first and the solicitor gets theirs a few working days later, but they do have to check the lenders exchange daily to access it.0

The exact process depends on the lender - do you know who that is? How long ago did the buyer say they had their offer?0

I know this is your buyer's mortgage, but is there the possibility that the offer has been addressed to the wrong solicitor? You'd be surprised how often this happens...!0

@user1977 It's Nationwide
Buyer received the mortgage offer Tuesday.0 -
Wednesday is a bit early to be fretting about it then!0

When you say the buyer received their offer are you saying they received the paper copies Nationwide posts second class?
If you are, there is an issue somewhere if the solicitor is not yet able to download their copy from the portal.I am a mortgage broker. @kingstreet Buyer said it was an email confirmation saying mortgage issued with the postal copies taking up to 5 days.
I'm concerned solicitor hasn't been able to download their copy yet from the Lender Exchange .
Our solicitor had ours immediately after it was issued to us online with another bank.0
