Wow, some really great results on here!

I'm curious... where did you all manage to get the mini-marshmellows? I looked in Somerfield, Morrisons, Instore and Woolworths about a month ago and couldn't find any, so gave up. I was making a hot-chocolate gift mug for my mum.

Bought a bag of mini marshmallows in the cooking aisle of Sainsburys. :)

LouBlue I think you were fooling us all this time;)
They look lovely, ohhh dark choc and mint, wish I'd thought of that.
They look great with all those colours together.

Well ladies and gents, onwards and upwards - Easter's hot on our heals. LOL

I don't like dark choccie, but OH loves it. I put tiny bits of marshmallows in some of the milk and white choccie ones, and also put some chopped almonds in the middle of some of them as well. Going round to sis later on, I am sure niece and nephew will give me marks out of 10. :D

Can't wait to do Easter eggs and personalise them! :j

well Mr Jamtart was slightly underwhelmed (actually thats probably me just worrying!) then he found out I made it myself and he was very happy. I'll post a pic, no idea how to resize, sorry! It actually looks a bit cack, as its lost it shine, the cellophane melted some choc when it touched it, and generally looks like a 2 year old made it but so what!? LOL!!!! I had fun making it...

well I put some rice crispies in the bottom of one of my choc bars. then just pured the choc over so I guess the same can be done wth honeycomb.

I am probably going to do easter eggs. Does anyone use the plastic molds? How hard is it to get the choc out of the mold? do you "grease" it first with anything?

Good question. Bought my first Easter egg moulds from Sainsburys yesterday. Would like to know that answer.

jamtart - That cracked me up when your OH thought it was not that great but then realised you made it! Bet he was embarrassed! It looks fab and absolutely scrummy! I have just eaten one of mine, very first one! A milk chocolate love heart. God, it tasted good, so I quickly put the rest of them into little bags so I couldn't have anymore. :D

Mine were easier to get out than I thought but I had to wait until the chocolate was quite cold. I didn't grease with anything just polished insides with cotton wool <- read this somewhere - also don't wash out with washing up liquid just warm water.
