Galaxy will be fine, you can use any kind of "normal" choc (my fave if Green and Black's Mayan Gold because it tastes if christmas
you could try things like diabetic choc though I have no experience of it so not sure if it reacts like normal choc
Good luck
Thanks!:T

I got these winnie the pooh and tigger ice cube trays from Tesco £1.75 each they also had piglet and eeyore ones
I used them to decorate my son's birthday cake which I made myself (I'm so proud of myself!) I made them choc orange flavour by adding some "Super cook orange extract" (about a teaspoon in 250g of dairy milk)
I got the tigger one in Wilkinsons to use as a chocolate mould too, but... mine were a disaster and came out with air gaps (if you know what I mean) how did you manage to get them so perfect?0 -

You just did answer my questionSometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0
