Instead of pouring tablet into a tray and then cutting I find its easier to use paper cake cases and you can then just take them out of the paper case if you want to pop them into a box or other container.

I got these winnie the pooh and tigger ice cube trays from Tesco £1.75 each they also had piglet and eeyore ones

I used them to decorate my son's birthday cake which I made myself (I'm so proud of myself!) I made them choc orange flavour by adding some "Super cook orange extract" (about a teaspoon in 250g of dairy milk)

My OH loves Galaxy chocolate, can I use that to make a slab?

I got a heart shape mould from ebay (can't get out just now as I am on crutches!) So I just need the chocolate,I think I'll decorate with small marshmallows or smarties.

Galaxy will be fine, you can use any kind of "normal" choc (my fave if Green and Black's Mayan Gold because it tastes if christmas :D
you could try things like diabetic choc though I have no experience of it so not sure if it reacts like normal choc

    Good luck
