EDIT 05/09/2022.    Good result, after emailing the CEO Customer services dealt with it and I have now got the full insured amount and postage into my bank account.

Oh no, sold item, dispatched straight away.

    I've had a similar message.
    It was delivered OK.

Thanks, hope so, at least I paid extra for the correct insurance.
  • I've had that message about 4 times. It usually occurs when I have chosen a shop to have it delivered to and then it gets delivered the next day. On one particular delivery I got the same tracking update every day for about three days before it was finally delivered on the fourth day.

I had that message recently late morning,  then my parcel went out for delivery same day at 3pm and was delivered in the evening.
  • Could be that the delivery van broke down/had a puncture.  The driver could have been taken ill.  It certainly isn't the message you'd see if your parcel has been damaged.  No need at this time to think the driver may have stolen it.

Still no change in the message.  Anyone know how to get through to a person at EVRI?

Have you looked at Evri website for a contact number?

Yes and spent ages trying again and again to get past the automated replies by phone and chat.  The T&Cs tell me as the sender to use the contact page...

6.1. Unless you are using the Services in the capacity of a consumer, you must notify us in writing of any claim for Loss or Damage or Late Delivery within 28 days of the date of the relevant Order otherwise your claim will be rejected. As a consumer this clause 6.1 does not affect your statutory rights, but it is still important that you make your claim within this 28 day period as the sooner you make your claim, the easier it is for us to investigate.

6.4. Any claim for Compensation must be made on a properly completed Claim Form which we will provide to you. You can contact us to make your claim by any method set out on our Contact Us page. You must return the properly completed Claim Form to us within 14 days of us sending it to you, otherwise we may reject your claim.

BUT the contact page does not exist!!!!!
  • I wouldn't touch EVRI with your bargepole.
Ive given them my feedback......told them their messages are a waste of time because they don't say who the parcel is from.
