when I rang told me all sorted......errr it says not on your service status page ...
guess they think we all only have one form of getting on the internet...

I was perfectly happy with Virgin for broadband, TV and telephone, it was only when Sky took Sky One away from them that forced me to switch. I was on NTL and then Virgin broadband for about 4 years and never had a problem like yours. But I think your problem was covered by this BBC news story. It should be resolved now?0

nope still not working.... they say hopefully tomorrow midday...
not very good, especially as they have reported to BBC that its resolved and it isn't....
