Camden council are unable to help, they sent me a broken link to the .gov.uk website to search for the land registry so I used the postcode NW3 7ES which is on my claim form and it is unable to find anything.

I am looking for who owns the building and plot of Jack Straws castle now and who owned it back in Sep/Oct 2019 as I know it has been sold.
on my claim form it says the parking charges were issued at Jack straws castle north end way London, ne3 7es.
So I am going by that postcode
https://suite.endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/nw3-7es
It shows many companies used this building and address. I need to identify who the landowner was and is to make them aware of the situation0 -
If you use the ink I gave you, it takes to to the quick search, put in the post code and it finds several properties for that address, you can then buy the records they hold at £3 per time. You will have to create an account.3

It says the below... How many records do I need to buy? Will just this record be sufficient? Am I certain it will give me the name and or company or the rightful owners from 2019? I just want to be certain that I am not wasting my money.Summary of freehold

You are the only person who can answer the question about how many you need to buy; why do you want the records and what are you going to do with them? This seems an awful lot of trouble to go to in order to refute a PCN. Records cost £3 each3

My plan was to identify the land owners contact details and email them and write to them and tell them about my case. That was my line or reasoning. Basically find the company/owner and send them emails to do something about it if they can.1 -

A little background to this case, this is an email received from Holly Slater at the end of June 2022. This is when this claim first came to my attention:
When parking on private land, the contractual terms of the site are set out on the signs, copies attached. You are entering a contract and agreeing to the terms by parking and staying on the site. Parking in breach of the terms as stipulated on the signage means that you are then breaking the terms of the contract. The terms and conditions on the signs stated that parking was permitted for vehicles clearly displaying a valid permit, or otherwise a parking charge notice would be issued. A valid permit was not on display, as is demonstrated in the photographic evidence attached, therefore the PCNs were issued and affixed to your vehicle. Copies of the PCNs are attached.
Our Client therefore correctly issued correspondence to you at that address. Despite numerous letters, payment remains outstanding.
Having not received payment, address verification was carried out prior to the Letter of Claim being sent. The same address was located and as such the Letter of Claim was issued to you at the that address.
You have 30 days from the date of this email to pay the outstanding balance of £340.00.
