Hey Hey, well done you.  The judge saw what we saw .... a total crap case, with crap signs and a crap legal claim.

DCBL should have discontinued this rubbish but chose a spanking instead

Remember what I said earlier in this thread, that you had already come such a long way than when you first posted? When you were nervous, unsure, and kept doubting yourself.

Wow what a day, interesting to experience, I will summarise -

The case was based on the fact that this carpark company are making claims suggesting their stock photo and photo exhibits in their WS were the exact signage at the time in the carpark. The images that the claimant produced in their own WS were going back almost 7 years. The carpark did not have adequate lighting, it was at night time, and not able to form a contract by these facts. The claimant was pressing that his client had signage but the facts say different and that is the end of the matter. Case dismissed.

Lets see if this claimant will proceed with the pcn "of same particulars" to this case. If the claimant wants to take that case to court I am happy to do so again and at that point I will create a new thread on this forum. 

I am awaiting confirmation from the court of todays hearing so as soon as I receive this I will wait for my costs to be reimbursed.
