  • I think I'm done with Asda now. Will spent the coupons and that's it.

I still find them by far the most generous with loyalty points/£’s and no local shops can beat them on price.

£5 off my £40 shop in Tesco this morning.  The coupons are also far easier to use, load them to Clubcard and everything else is automatic.
Also just noticed they are rounding down Blue Light saving them a lot of 1ps.

I can only say in my experience.
Tesco are more expensive on my weekly shop by over £5 each week so for me, the £100+ I have in my cash pot far outweighs any other supermarket

ASDA have had a few IT problems this year migrating from the Walmart system to one of their own. I will stick with them but I try to exploit all the loyalty apps so shop all over.

So at the moment if you spend more than £5, they’re giving you a spin to see how much money you can win  towards your cash pots.
I got £5 yesterday and £10 today. So if you’re someone who’s close enough to an Asda to walk which I am, and don’t mind splitting your shopping into smaller shops, you get a lot more goes at winning a decent amount.

Doesn't make any difference to me. I don't buy based on what is a star product and what isn't and there are probably only a couple of items that have counted in my shopping in all the time since the scheme started. I honestly can't see people stopping shopping there just because of this.
