SVT prices for the "average" consumer household vary by region.
Suppliers are also allowed (within limits) to vary how they reach the figure for the "average" consumer household e.g. one might have slightly higher sc rates but slightly lower unit rates than another to reach the same figure. for the same consumption2 -

So in short they haven't done anything wrong it's just the overly complicated way pricing is our together by different suppliers in different regions to just confuse us all.
But no point taking it further tbh.1
