You might like to know that the CCBC are using a different N180 (DQ) and you will find instructions on how to complete it if you check a thread started by @Grizebeckby clicking on his name and going to his profile and then discussions.IReallyDontNeedThis said:................waiting for the directions questionnaire from the court. Once received, I will complete that as directed in bargepole's post and then submit that and wait for a court date and a deadline for witness statement submissions.1 -
Thank you for that, I was able to complete the form as shown by @Grizebecky. I have emailed a copy of the completed N180 form to CCBC and copied to DCB Legal. Do I also need to post a copy of the form to CCBC? The deadline for submission of the form is tomorrow.0

Thank you. I have received an automatic notification of response from CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk which I believe is the correct address for the submission of the Directions Questionnaire. Please let me know if it's not?
My gosh, this is a very stressful process. I am still trying to get the registered keeper to do a SAR to UKPC, it's not easy due to their health issues but onward and upward. I am very grateful for everyone's help here.0 -
After an incredibly long time (4 months) the defendant has received notice of a court date in July 2023. It's been so long, I have lost track of what the next steps are. The defendant still hasn't done the SAR but I am hoping that will be done this week. Please can someone show me the link to the next steps to defend this? Thanks again for all your help.0

It's the witness statement and the photos, videos etc - is that right? There was also a link to a good witness statement. Am I correct in thinking that the task now is to prepare those witness statements and defence exhibits and then provide that to the court and to DCB Legal no less than 14 days before the court date? Do I have to provide the above to UKPC or just to DCB Legal?Coupon-mad said:No link. It's in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post.0 -
The thread explains these questions. Bargepole covers all this in his linked Court Procedures Thread right there in that section about KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.
Just don't use the example WS as it's out of date (and he lost).
Use the newer ones by @aphex007 and @SJRRJSPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
