DCB Legal - small claims letter - discontinued

Sorry guys, it's the N180, bit different to the guide as theres an extra section but I think I've got it. They didn't send the defence. It says to send a copy to the parking company and their solicitor, can this be by e mail? Need to find their address as its been a while.

Why is anyone panicking? I don't understand.

A defended claim doesn't affect your credit rating and it will be discontinued in a few months anyway.

No CCJ, no payment, no hearing, nothing.

Hello all, 

So the letter has finally arrived and we have our court date end of February. Reading the main thread I will start to get everything ready to be sent over to the court and parking company. 

On the letter there is no e mail so will this need to be posted or can I e mail it like I did the forms from a few months ago? 

Partner is really stressing, would anyone know if I am OK to sit with her and stand with her as she has crippling anxiety.

As above. There won't be a hearing.

The sooner she files & serves her WS bundle (see NEWBIES thread examples) the sooner she will get the discontinuance notice.

Have you missed the fact that this is ALWAYS the eleventh hour stage when DCB Legal discontinue?  Seen @Umkomaas disco thread and sussed from the 236 linked examples, when it always happens?

Just getting all the defence ready. With the evidence do I add this to the bottom of separate files and lable them? 

Just don't want to mess it up as a lot to understand. Do you attach the full Bevis case also? 

Sorry for being a pain. Hopefully have this wrapped up by the weekend and get it sent off soon after.

Hello all, 

So e mail today notice of discontinued claim. Not even submitted the statement yet. This is after lots of e mails and phone calls in the last week begging us to contact them. 

I will say they sent an e mail to the court but the attachment they sent is not filled in, not sure if this matters or is a ploy from them but if it's gone to the court that should be it hopefully.

Thank you all for the support. I would like to try and help people on here if I can, I know 2 popele going through this and keep telling them to not worry as it will work out in the end if they follow the process.

We know how this serial court offender works. They prey on people with no intention of going to court.  

The problem with this stupid financial attack on people, it has led to a knock on with other legals who really lack intelligence
