I would suggest you make sure you have your PAC code before you do that.JRTdad said:
I'm still unable to log in to Lyca but here's a useful tip if you want to make sure your bundle doesn't renew:
1. With your Lyca sim in, dial *190#
2. Enter '1' to confirm the cancellation0 -
If your bundle doesn't renew your sim will simply switch to payg, but it might become inactive after six months of non-use.ProDave said:

Anyone else having trouble with the porting out? My port was supposed to be Monday. I'm still unable to receive calls on my number, although texts do come through. IDMobile is looking into it but I suspect Lyca is failing to supply all the necessary data.2

Hello from EE - We are experiencing a few delays across the industry at present with ports involving Lyca Mobile. Lyca suffered a cyber ransomware attack and are having to rebuild their servers. EE MNP team are tracking the files and routing updates needed to complete your port and will continue to do so until completion.

Perfectly describes my circumstances – people who call me are getting that same message. It's deeply frustrating as I have no idea if people are trying to call me. My wife is pregnant and I'm in the middle of a property transaction so the timing is less than ideal.WelshPaul said:

This is also affecting ports where the number was originally allocated to Lycamobile(O2)
I'm told Lyca's capacity to port/route is severely reduced.0 -
