Forgotten Blue Badge PCN

I used the Easton Street multi-storey car park on Tuesday this week. It uses ANPR to record entry times, and then when you leave, you go to the payment terminals and pay a tariff dependent on how long you stayed. You have to pay so that the exit barrier raises.
But on Tuesday, all the terminals were covered up, with a notice saying that these were now inoperative, and parking is free until further notice.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.4 -
Hi- So my dad has now received the notice of transfer and is awaiting the judges direction. He as also had the response from the SAR to VCS Ltd. Although they were asked for the information as detailed on the guide here. All they appear to have sent is a copy of my dads blue badge and nothing else. Have emailed them to ask for the information again.

Are there no zip files too? They can't have only sent a pic of the Blue Badge.
If you haven't already, check on a laptop because phones are useless at making attachments to emails as obvious as they are on a PC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sounds like everything you'd expect, and the photos of the car will help you know what their WS will rely upon, which is why we tell people to get a SAR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone, The healthcare trust have now responded to the MP. MP is unwilling to be involved any further so no further forward really, so just waiting on directions from the judge at Chelmsford.1 -
Great that they will review the parking contracts and have noted your complaint, which will be in their minds. Nicely done.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Still disappointed though that no one seems to be taking on board that the blue badge scheme doesn’t apply on private land and the Equality Act does….. but I guess there’s no money to be made in that. After all the contractors have assured the health trust that due process has been undertaken.1

Has it gone to court, or is it still pending a court hearing? If its still pending, then the letter above is pure rubbish, as they can withdraw the claimWhich is it, gone to court, or pending ( ie papers issued by no other action yet)? From the Plain Language Commission:
