I finally received my final bill from symbio administrator on the April 11th 2022 previous one was 5th October 2021 which has an estimated reading even though I have been on a smart meter since May 2021 although symbio never took a reading from it.The amount I am owed is £197.56 which is a lot of money. I have called and emailed several times but they refuse to refund me. What should I do?

Thanks

Hi musicman100

Sorry to hear of your poor experience. You may want to raise a formal complaint about this issue – once you raise a formal complaint E.on has 8 weeks to sort it, and if it doesn’t or you don’t agree with its resolution, you can take it to the independent Energy Ombudsman.

Hope this helps!

Surely it's nothing to do with Eon Next?

OPs gripe is with Symbio Administrators?
  • No Bill credit is payed by EON next who where appointed by the administrators and given money by the government to pay any credit owed on final bills.
