Maybe I misheard but I thought it was said at the hearing that CEL would have 14 days to provide the particulars of the claim.0 -

No. I've got no idea what I am supposed to be defending. All I know is that it's for a PCN issued sometime in 2018. The PPC have not sent me anything with regards to the details of this PCN.B789 said:

Have you at any stage SAR'd the PPC? If so, you will have copies of all correspondence and the original PCN.rms22 said:

They are going to send you a copy of the original PoC and based on that you will compile your defence. Get reading the Newbies thread again and searching for appropriate template defences.3 -
