Hey coupon mad, quick question please. So I’m using the hidden iPad as defence. It mentions defendant as being registered keeper and the defendant being the patron(myself) of the community centre. It says on the newbie thread not to ever admit to being the driver but if I use this template I will be. Just wanted to check that’s ok? Thank you

If ParkingEye sent a PCN that was dated to have arrived within 14 days AND it wasn't a non-POFA 'golden ticket' (see image in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread) then they can hold you liable as registered keeper.
Therefore, not saying who was driving - if if was a POFA PCN - is pointless. In most ParkingEye cases, they will have issued a POFA PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’m also wondering what the purpose of sending an appeal to POPLA is when defence has been sent to county court? Or perhaps I’m wrong in thinking I need to appeal to POPLA at this stage?0
