Help with defense please - parking eye PCN now at county coirt

Hi,
ive filed the acknowledgment on money claim re my pcn from parking eye. 

Trying to locate a recent and won case to use the defence template on here but no joy. 

Could anyone help please?

Well, we might be able to help with your defence if you gave details. You have said the PPC, but what was the PCN for, where, when and so on. What is the issue date of the claim?

What does this relate to?
Why did the vehicle get a parking charge?
Where?
Who's car park?

You can not just use a previous win, as each case turns on its own facts

Search the forum using "Another one bites the dust" and this should give you all cases won.  Then you need to search through for PE cases.

Hi, thank you for your replies! Date of event was 19/3/22 , first correspondence recd -  pcn dated 25/3/22 ticket issued by parking eye. I’ve ignored all letters from them up until now. 
I was at a kids birthday at a community centre, didn’t get a ticket, didn’t see the signs although Ive been back and they are visible. I just had baby though so that’s prob why I didn’t even notice as parking there hasn’t always been private.

What happened when you complained to the community centre?  Should they be treating their customers this way?

Issue date was 25.3.22 addressed to me , no notice to keeper

When I contacted the venue direct, manager was away. Ive emailed him but no reply yet

Your opening post led me, and others, to believe that you had recently received a County Court Claim Form and had acknowledged service of it.
Your post went on to ask about creating a Defence.

Now you are telling us that the Issue Date of your Claim was 25th March - that's over four months ago.

If you have not yet received a County Court Judgment against you, it may well be still possible to file a Defence.
But before we get into that, please confirm the Issue Date on your County Court Claim.
Is it really 25 March 2022?

Oh my apologies - I thought you meant issue date of pcn! County court issue date is 11 July. I have acknowledged it 26 July (was away) but now need to file defense.,(also aware I’ve left it late and only have until 13th aug to do so!)
