Thank you as ever for the thread. I will, as ever, be singing my own words to the flylady tune.
Well done, Natty, you look fab! And Kaz, that’s just awesome!
I hope today went ok, Valli x
Hugs and some extra spoons for you, Iona. I have a feeling you might need them. My inbox is always open if you need a sounding board or a shoulder x
Jazee, I hope Littleydog is ok.
Piggers, have a lovely holibob.
Flying limited to one load of washing before work, plus making a new to us recipe with some smoked mackerel that needed eating up. It also served to use up some sorry looking mushrooms, pepper and spring onions, as well as providing a lunch portion for tomorrow, so a win-win. And it tasted ok to boot.
Another busy day at work, but calming down slowly from the manic days of the past few months. I have a new lady starting this month, which will supposedly help my workload, but at the moment I am struggling to be convinced. Verged on a panic attack today at work, so note to self - calm down, and breathe. I have a chamomile tea in front of me and am planning an evening of nothingness.10 -

Well done Natty and Kaz. Those bites look nasty Piggers.
Up in the WAC with Littleydog again, she needs constant monitoring. She wasn't able to have her surgery today as she has deteriorated again. They've let her home for the night and cuddles, DD will visit here to see her tomorrow, well today now, and the vet will have more advice later.
Going to try to get a bit of sleep now with Littleydog on the settee. DH is taking over at 5am so I can go to bed for a while.Spend less now, work less later.10 -

So sorry to hear about Littleydog. (((Hugs))) to you and your family, Jazee xxx
I have had a dental check-up this morning and need to go back next week for a scale and polish
DH has been to the Dr and got antibiotics, hoping to cure this chest infection before it gets a grip
I phoned a friend for advice, and she confirmed what I had been thinking, so that's a relief
WMx1 is drying on the whirly
Several mysteries have been solved and more ancestors put firmly in their places
Time for a few zzz, then a small top-up shop, then Rosie's walk, then tea. Hoping to fill another lever arch file with sorted ancestral papers this evening (but plenty more still to be done).

Hi all
Aww Jazee so sorry to hear that, much love.
Paid stuff is awful. I have so much to do, everything is difficult and as soon as I get one problem sorted another three pop up. Staff are being difficult too, I dont want to play this game any more but I need the money.
So big girl pants on and into the next Zoom shenanigans at 6.30pm tonight.
Quick hoover around, DH and I are fed, the laundry is up to date. I was up at 5.30am, I need more sleep tonight.10 -
Jazee, lots of hugs heading your way, so sorry for you xx
YL, it’s rubbish, isn’t it? Sorry, that I can’t be more help, but I am with you in sprit, my love xx
Lots of thanks and love to the flylady who wisely told me to do sweet fa today. It has been a lovely day. 😘. And yes, I have done 2 x wm, HHI, Mr M has visited and I have sorted that, but it hasn’t felt onerous. Thank you x9 -
Oh Jazee my heart is broken for you. Sending you all my love xxxx
Ive been out of the house for 13 hours today so only just caught up with the feed round etc. It was worth my while though as some extra pennies in the pot.I’m now sat with a large wine, and a large cookie, catching up with things. I’ve set my alarm for 5am to try and get more done first thing whilst it’s cool. At least the children being away means the house is tidy and cooking is simple!Lots of love to you all xx10
