That living room is almost the same set up as mine in the one you are buying, the width is similar but mines a little longer, and you can't get a corner suite in there.. In fact we can only have one layout, but that works fine.
I would be drawn to the first one as a longer term place 🤣🤣
Everyone wants something different though so it's very hard and if you are not getting that feeling from it then i would think it's not right. .1 -
You know the area well, then, RW. And now't to choose between them in that respect.Does one give you more of a warm 'lift' as you approach them from the outside?!What a nice position to be in - both are lovely.1

Ramouth said:They are both lovely houses. The master suite of the second is really nice. The first house has the potential to create a kitchen diner at some point in the future (which I would want to do) and you don’t have to run up two sets of stairs when you realise you have forgotten your socks! Another thing to consider is loft space - town houses often don’t have much.
The second property is very well presented and uncluttered whereas the first is rather lived in looking - do you think this could be having an effect on your feelings about it?
We were just talking about loft space and the loft hatch was immediately above a wardrobe so we realised they obviously never even attempt to use it. They both have garages, but we'd then lose that space to storage that we could have in the 1st house. The EA didn't have the keys to the garage for both houses and I forgot to ask if they have/there is scope to board the top of the garage so I'll have to ask for both.
I think it might be throwing me off yes as let's face it, nicely presented with nice furniture houses always look better.

If you are thinking of children, then sleeping on the same floor as them can be really important. I'm saying this as we are all three storey and that is the most common reason for young families to leave the street. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing4
