Is it guaranteed that DCB Legal will discontinue with my case?
I have just emailed my defence to The County Court.
Or are they choosing to proceed with a select few? or do we not know for sure?

Technically it wasn't on a site they manage (Peabody Housing, who they then lost the contract for, suspiciously around the same time), it was on the public highway (with no parking restrictions) but near to Peabody land.
So I'd have happily believed it was 'parking attendant error' and accepted an apology but Met Parking, Poopla and DCB Legal chose to double down and waste their time and money.

Another one from Facebook. This is becoming tiresome, after a 3 year battle with I Park Services, DCB Legal takes another no-hoper to court but discontinues at some point. Never sent a Witness Statement and never sent a Notice of Discontinuance. Defendant had to learn from the court it had been dropped. What a waste of time and effort and no chance of claiming costs for their unreasonable behaviour. When are DCB Legal going to face consequences for their unprofessional conduct?4072
