Another discontinuation over in FB from the dastardly duo of DCB Legal & UKPC.
It was a retail park overstay, a despicable crime if ever there was one!
Trial fee for case no K6KF2R1H was due early next week, so the DCB Legal towel was chucked in.

Thanks to the advice and resources found on this forum, I was able to fight UKPC/DCB on the matter of parking in my own allocated space.

Took a little over 2 years for them to finally concede, but alas;

They have emailed me their Notice of Discontinuance. 

Thank you for the important work you do in fighting these cowboys!
