PIN YOUR EARS BACK! THIS IS A BIGGIE, I have just received from @A4BZ confirmation that Smart Parking and DCB Legal have issued a discontinuance on a claim comprising 53 tickets and over £12.5k in value (and the cheeky beggars are still pursuing separately another 9 tickets - Henderson v Henderson being used in defence of those - and which I’m sure I’ll be counting here in the not-too-distant future!).
This is the SINGLE LARGEST RECORDED CASE IN THIS THREAD. Discontinuance #
