Maybe another quarter at least: claims we were told by OPs were discontinued but we never saw the NoD because they didn't come back with the image when asked.

Re parking firms, these discontinuances have mainly featured UKPC and Euro Car Parks plus Group Nexus (you could go back to page one and do the analysis spot on).

But the PPC is not that relevant, IMHO, because they don't seem to be calling the shots. To a reasonable person, it looks like a conveyor belt with little or no sign of client involvement.

The MO of DCB Legal makes us suspect they 'could' perhaps be shipping in bulk data without any requirement to achieve outcomes on a case by case basis?

Hard to tell but it smells somewhat like 'debt assignment' which is banned by the DVLA KADOE rules.

Let's see NoD no 500 then, please. If you have one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

NUMBER 500 is NEXT.  Not only is this a timewasters legal, they wast the time of parking companies, the motorist, their own time and above all waste the the time of courts

AND, a grossly waste of public money involving the courts. The question must be ... WHY does government allow this so called legal to waste PUBLIC MONEY ... DCBL should be banned  from UK courts for their serial timewasting
I agree totally. Also, research elsewhere has revealed that Civil National Business Centre, allegedly allow DCB Legal to bulk file thousands of claims at a cost of £25 each. That will require a FOIA request to the Ministry of Justice to verify. The experienced members on this forum may already know of this and be able to confirm or rebut it.

    £35 a claim. Over 100,000 claims p.a.

The CNBC call them a Super-user.

    Others may disagree.

Anyway this isn't a discussion thread. Your interest as a newbie is remarkable. Do you have a NoD to show us, please?

I have a Notice of Discontinuance, but I'm not inclined to show it.

The burden that the bulk litigators place on CNBC, and the court centres to which their claims are later allocated, is well nigh intolerable. Meantime, DCB Legal had £4 million in cash on their balance sheet the last time I looked.

Apologies if I've broken the rules on discussions. I'll check the £35 (which is the fee you or I would pay) against my source's £25 per claim for DCB Legal and make it a new post, but it may take 4 weeks to get the answer from MoJ.

    Thank you for your comments.

WOW 500 to date.  LOT MORE TO COME.
DCBL are a disgrace to the legal proffesion
Members of the SRA who the public expect a professional service. All this make the SRA a complete joke

And this Kay Twins style set up are also members of the BPA
What is the BPA going to do about these complete timewasters, NOTHING ?
As lomg as DCBL PAY THEM MONEY ...... NOTHING

Showing once again that the BPA are not fit for purpose and government should take away their status icluding the the other bunch, the IPC. It's NOT Rocket Science ?

Everyone should refer this thread to their MP WHO sholid refer this to the Ministry of Justice for this timewasting by DCBL and the waste of money for taxpayers
