Whilst, as a newbie, I don't want nit pick, it's a thread, not a list. But the key analysis I've now got: 499 DCB Legal discontinuances (500 if one counts mine), since August, 2022. From a forum membership of 139,799 (taken from 'first post badge' data. Would it be correct to assume the growth has been organic? But no your analysis isn't right. People aren't encouraged to post theirs here, thus making postings more likely (which I think is what you're getting at).
it's the other way round. We help with DCB Legal court claims all the time and are merely recording the NoDs that people show as their outcomes. We're not driving the numbers up in any way by listing them here. In fact there are shedloads more that we know about but can't count because people don't show the image.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Would you be able to give a rough estimate of the other notices of which you have knowledge? Shedloads sounds like a very large number. The other metric of interest would be predominance of any particular car park management company in those discontinuances recorded on this thread. NUMBER 500 is NEXT. Not only is this a timewasters legal, they wast the time of parking companies, the motorist, their own time and above all waste the the time of courts
AND, a grossly waste of public money involving the courts. The question must be ... WHY does government allow this so called legal to waste PUBLIC MONEY ... DCBL should be banned from UK courts for their serial timewasting0
